How to Fill the Energy Consumption Form

Follow these steps to accurately track your appliance energy usage

    Select an Appliance

    Choose an appliance from the dropdown menu or click on an item from the reference power ratings table.

    Note: You can search for specific appliances using the search box.

    Enter Power Rating

    Input the power consumption of your appliance in watts (W). This information is usually found on the appliance label or in its manual.

    Example: A standard refrigerator might use 150W, while a microwave might use 1000W.

    Set Usage Time

    Use the time range sliders to indicate when and how long the appliance runs during the day.

    Note: You can add multiple time ranges for appliances that are used at different times.

    Select Days of Operation

    Check the days of the week when this appliance is typically used.

    Example: A washing machine might only be used on weekends, while lighting is used every day.

    Review Energy Consumption

    Check the calculated daily and monthly energy consumption based on your inputs.
